Jacksonville Pagan Pride Day will be held at the gorgeous Garden Club of Jacksonville located in Historic Riverside area.  The Garden Club features a lovely indoor ballroom with a stage as well as a beautiful outdoor fountain, patio, and gardens.  In addition to being a wonderful location, the Garden Club of Jacksonville, Inc is a non-profit organization dedicated to education, beautification, and conservation citywide.

*Updated Application* Pagan covens, groups, and organizations can apply for either a 6ft Informational Space OR Vendor space if selling wares or services.  If you would like to be a Sponsor, please use the sponsor application instead!  To help the community better understand Paganism, all participating Pagan organizations shall host a free educational workshop on a Pagan topic.

Merchandise Vendors

Vendor price includes your space and listing your company name on event and in program.  Vendors get discounted fees for advertising in our program!  See application for details!

Vendor spaces are indoor and outdoor.  Indoor spaces first go to sponsors and then first come, first serve to vendors.  You will be responsible for bringing your own table, chairs, canopy tent (outdoor only), etc.  If you are selling products by another company, you must contact us first before applying.

Early Registration (Before July 31st):

One 10×10 Vendor Space = $40

Two 10×10 Vendor Spaces = $65

Late Registration (August 1 to August 31):

One 10×10 Vendor Space = $50

Two 10×10 Vendor Spaces = $75

Non-Profit Organization Informational Booth

As part of our efforts to help support local charities, Non-Profit Organizations can apply for a free 6 ft space to hand out information and materials about their organization. If you want to sell services, wares, or crafts, you will need to apply as a vendor.

Workshops

We are looking for free family friendly, earth-based spirituality workshops to support the educational part of this community event.  Workshops can be educational talks, demonstrations, discussions, performances, or interactive activities.  All workshops should be family friendly and tolerant of all religious and spiritual pathways.

 

Volunteers

We would not be able to hold this community event if it were not for our amazing volunteers! As a thank you for helping to run this event, we will be providing breakfast and lunch for all volunteers on the day of the event!  You will also receive a Jax Pagan Pride t-shirt!  All volunteers must be 18 years of age or older to volunteer. Minors 13-17 years old will be allowed to volunteer if a legal guardian volunteers with them and gives written permission for minor to volunteer. As a non-profit organization, we are able to sign off for student volunteer hours!
